Responsibilities
- Analyze and conduct market research on consumer needs and understanding the elements contributing to player satisfaction and enjoyment
- Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance
- Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation of the design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay
- Collaborate with developers and artists to ensure proper implementation of the game features designed
Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor degree in related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in game design with proven record of managing team
- Strong in data analysis and logical thinking
- Solution oriented, proactive and enthusiastic
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about playing and creating games
