Our client is one of the leading player in Retail Comsumer Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Credit and Operations Manager to join their Credit and Services Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Changi – easily accessible.
Duties of Credit and Operations Manager:
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product strategy
- Define target customer segments and value propositions for credit & services products
- Define product requirements, features, and user experiences
- Analyze customer feedback and data to iterate on product offerings
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, and continuous enhancements.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with retails hours and working on weekends
- At least 3 - 5 years relevant working experiences
