The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's leader in the Beauty Industry
  • My client is currently going through an important Bsuiness transformation journey. You will be at the forefront of driving organizational evolution through data centric projects. You play a pivotal role in facilitating successful transitions, aligning people, processes, and technology with organizational goals. Your holistic approach encompasses strategy, communication, training, and ongoing evaluation to drive positive and sustainable change within the organization.
  • 12 months renewable contract

The Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Organizational Psychology, Management or a related field is often required.
  • Certifications (Optional, but beneficial): Change management professional (CMP) or similar certifications from recognized bodies such as the association of change management professionals (ACMP) or the project management institute (PMI).
  • 8 years or more of dedicated experience in change management roles. This could involve leading change initiatives, developing change strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Able to tailor messages to different audiences and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. A proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Be able to build and maintain positive relationship with stakeholders. Navigate through resistance and conflicts with diplomacy and empathy.
  • Problem Solving: Be able to identify sources of resistance and develop creative solutions. Anticipate potential issues and proactively address challenges.
  • Strategy thinking: Align change initiatives with organizational goals and strategies. Develop long term plans that consider the broader context of the business.

Job Description

  • Change Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities associated with change initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to define a clear vision and communicate the benefits of proposed changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their involvement and commitment to change. Foster open communication channels to address concerns, gather feedback, and tailor change strategies to different audience needs.
  • Communication Planning: Develop communication plans that articulate the purpose, scope and benefits of changes. Implement varied communication channels to disseminate information effectively. Craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences, promoting a shared understanding of the change objectives.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to equip employees with the analytics skills required for successful change adoption. Provide ongoing support, resources, and learning materials to facilitate skill development. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Resistance Management: Proactively identify sources of resistance and develop strategies to address and mitigate concerns. Work closely with teams to understand underlying issues and implement solutions that alleviate resistance.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of change initiatives. Regularly evaluate progress, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven adjustments to change plans.
  • Project Integration: Collaborate with project teams to seamlessly integrate change management activities into project plans. Ensure change initiatives are synchronized with project timelines, milestones and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from change initiatives. Use feedback and insights to refine change management strategies for future projects.
  • Culture Transformation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive organizational culture that embraces change as a constant and necessary element for growth.
