structural drafter cum quantity surveyor

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for drafting according to architectural concept design.
2. Responsible for the preparation of drawings and detailed design documents
3. Responsible for produce structural drawing for submission to meet the mandatory structural requirements.
4. Check and verify design drawings are conforming to specifications and design data.
5. Responsible for ad-hoc drafting assigned by the Project Management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
2. Min 3 years relevant experience in the related field.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
4. Ability to work independently meets with the deadline.
5. Strong teamwork spirit, proactive & good communication skills
6. Strong creativity in concept design, architectural details and construction practices.
