SALES ASSISTANT

Saastha Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team, to ensure a smooth operations and timely delivery of services to our customers.


Responsibilities:


· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

· Provide product information and guidance to customers.

· Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

· Uphold a high standard of customer service to foster repeat business.

· Maintain inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the sales manager.


Requirements:


· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· At least 1 years of relevant experience in sales administration or customer service.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Minimum of N/O/A levels, diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
