Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with owner/authorities to facilitate the work progress.
- Engage, liaise and co-ordinate with subcontractors and other relevant parties.
- Follow up and report on the project progress.
- Planning and executing of Project Timeline alongside with the Project Director.
- Oversee and ensure that Change Management as it relates to budget, revised design and potential schedule impact.
- Lead and drive the project management works.
- Size up new projects and prepare project tender bids for submission.
- Perform contract management administration
- Possess relevant working experience with station projects
- Familiar with top-down/bottom-up construction sequences and methods
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience will be desired.
- Local bigger scale project experience will be desired as well.
- Good communication, written and interpersonal skills
