Job Responsibilities:
- Input customer’s PO in buying systems and selling systems by ERP.
- Adjust delivery schedule with factory staff and customer.
- Send Invoice and packing list to customers.
- Inventory control and stock movement analysis
- India office support (Create invoice and PL.)
- Make sales result report, stock qty report, Profit analysis and so on.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in logistics or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Experience in NAV / ERP / MRP / Inventory management system.
- Candidates who have prior experience in warehouse and shipping experiences in manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
