a) Responsibilities:
- Reports to Project Manager, Attend all meetings as and when required by Project Manager
- Compile and prepare daily reports, Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel
- Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials
- Handle and resolve Sub-contractor claim and Main claim to the project (HDB)
- Quantities Takking off, Variation Orders and Final Claim.
b) Requirement:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, Good organization and multi-tasking skills
- Min. ‘O’Level qualification
- At least 1 year working experience in project site preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, Experience in (HIP) HDB upgrading projects preferred
