ADMIN ASSISTANT

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support for our accounts and sales departments.


Roles & Responsbilities

  • Perform general admin duties such as to handle calls, walk-ins, emails, deliveries, mails and parcels dispatch
  • Provide office support services such as drafting correspondences, data entry, printing, photocopying, faxing and filing of documents.
  • Provide support to accounts and sales department
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

  • N level & above holders with 1-2 years related working experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, good attitude & good team player
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers
  • Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, and able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
