Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support for our accounts and sales departments.
Roles & Responsbilities
- Perform general admin duties such as to handle calls, walk-ins, emails, deliveries, mails and parcels dispatch
- Provide office support services such as drafting correspondences, data entry, printing, photocopying, faxing and filing of documents.
- Provide support to accounts and sales department
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- N level & above holders with 1-2 years related working experience
- Good interpersonal skills, good attitude & good team player
- Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers
- Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
