Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information for data entry tasks
- Post and manage HR listings for recruitment efforts
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure accurate and timely posting of job openings
- Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
- Min. ‘O' level; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Familiarity with HR processes and recruitment is advantageous.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
