Responsibility
- Write, review, and obtain approval of commissioning procedures
- Develop and obtain approved Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analysis
- Obtain Permit to Work, associated Lock-out Tag-out, and conduct Pre-task Toolbox Talks
- Install temporaries and confirm utilities availability
- Manages all field labor to execute commissioning activities e.g. function tests, dynamic tests, service tests, high pressure leak tests, mechanical run tests, passivation, steam blow, etc.
- Engage and manage vendors on site
- Direct specialty contractors scope of work
- Coordinate daily and upcoming resource needs with EPC contractors
- Verify and close vendor reports
- Close and sign off dynamic commissioning checksheets
- Record all punches and ensure closure/mitigation
- Sign daily timesheets for personnel/equipment and material receiving reports
HSSE and Quality Responsibilities
Maintain standards of HSSE and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment.
Management System requirements.
Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
General Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of direct relevant commissioning experience on site
