Job Brief:
The role serves as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives. You must be goal-oriented and has a passion for customer service. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and work closely with the team to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update customers’ records and sales information
• Responsible for data entry and ensure accuracy of data
• To regularly check on online and newspaper for tenders
• Be updated with new products and features
• Attend to customers’ query promptly
• Verifying orders, contact clients to obtain missing information
• Liaise with the Project team to ensure timely deliveries
• Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
• Preparation of quotations and Sales Order
• Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/head of department
Requirements
• Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ level
• Professional certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in kitchen equipment & kitchen exhaust system industry
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
