As the Workplace Admin of our Coda Payments headquarters, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment while providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to visitors.
- Attend to phone inquiries.
- Register and sign in visitors, issuing visitor badges, while promptly notifying employees of guest arrivals.
- Oversee sending and receiving of mail and packages.
- Upkeep, office supplies and pantry restock.
- Ensure the security and safety of the office by monitoring access and reporting any security concerns.
- Coordinate with the building management for office maintenance and repair needs.
- Oversee the management and distribution of employee badges, maintaining a secure and organized system.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to office technology and software; ideally has worked in a Google Suite and Slack environment.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
