The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring that our interior design projects are executed with precision and efficiency. This individual will coordinate between various departments, manage project timelines, and oversee the logistics necessary to deliver exceptional design services to our clients. The Operations Executive must be an adept multitasker with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and products needed for project completion.
- Collaborate with the design team to align project objectives with company standards and the client's vision.
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Provide logistical support for project execution, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
- Contribute to the overall operational excellence with innovative solutions and process improvements.
Requirements and skills:
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
