Position: Deputy Construction Manager
Location: West
Working Hours / Days: 08.00 AM – 05.30 PM (Mon – Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development and creation of schedules and project timelines.
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise both onsite workers and subcontractors.
- Proactively plan to anticipate and pre-empt issues, and adeptly address emerging challenges.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Participate in all essential meetings with consultants, technical teams, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering that is recognized by the P.E Board or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, RC works, and LTA projects (Road, Bridge, and Viaduct Projects.
- Proficient in understanding contract documents such as drawings and specifications, as well as experienced in phasing plans, construction sequencing, and project scheduling.
