Deputy Construction Manager

Dynamic Human Capital Pte. Ltd.

Position: Deputy Construction Manager

Location: West

Working Hours / Days: 08.00 AM – 05.30 PM (Mon – Fri)


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the development and creation of schedules and project timelines.
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise both onsite workers and subcontractors.
  • Proactively plan to anticipate and pre-empt issues, and adeptly address emerging challenges.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Participate in all essential meetings with consultants, technical teams, and subcontractors.


Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering that is recognized by the P.E Board or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, RC works, and LTA projects (Road, Bridge, and Viaduct Projects.
  • Proficient in understanding contract documents such as drawings and specifications, as well as experienced in phasing plans, construction sequencing, and project scheduling.
