My client is looking for Senior/ Project Manager (Interior/ Fit-out Projects)
- Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works
- Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule.
- Attend regular site meetings and inspections with suppliers and contractor. Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality and delivery schedule.
- Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
- Work closely with sales team, clients and contractors on timely project handover.
- Construction site management of interior fit-out works, ID projects and construction works.
