We are currently looking for Management Trainee for both Front of the House in line with our local and international expansion. The Management Trainee Program (MIT) is a specially designed 12-18 months program to prepare and identify talent who possess the flair for hospitality services, has a strong passion in F&B industry, and an aptitude in leadership and management. The program aims to develop these aspiring individuals and with 1-Group’s expansion plans, we are excited to provide an unparalleled opportunity for them to learn all aspects of becoming future leaders in the hospitality industry.
In this program, there are multiple options for you to develop and hone your skills and experience with 1-Group. Depending on your qualification and prior experience, you will be assessed and sorted into the various training modules that are specially drawn up. You will be given on-the-job training, special assignments and projects, as well as relevant external training programs. Throughout the program, several key skills will be emphasized that will anchor the Leadership role in their hospitality career. This includes an opportunity on your self-development to gain a Diploma certification in F&B Management and other certification courses such as WSET Level 1 or 2, Food Hygiene Officer, OJT Blueprint Development, etc.
On completion of the program you will be deployed into a role that reflects your best interests and natural abilities in 1-Group, working in a multi-cultural team experiencing new ways of thinking and working in our most unique Collective Leadership model.

Requirement
- Candidate who are willing to learn, strong passion in the industry and view learning as a lifelong journey. A structured training program outline will be provided for selected candidate.
- 1 to 2 years working experience with or without F&B related experience, Certificates or Diploma in F&B or other major’s will be an added advantage.
- Able to perform shifts, long hours and work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Motivated, result-oriented and a fast learner
- Good organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with ability to influence positively
