- Handling customer orders and quotations, shipment documents for Sales and Marketing Division
- Handle the inventory status, prepare the stock and sales report
- Coordinating logistics, scheduling orders
- Follow up sales orders and tender
- Answer phone calls and inquiries
- Support team to maintain the relationship with clients
- Stock receiving and item quantity confirmation
- Assist other departments administrative tasks (Marketing Events / Finance Dept)
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- With 1 year of admin/ supply chain/ procurement support experience in any manufacturing industry
