Our client is a leading multinational investment company. They are looking for a Operational analyst to support equity /FICC settlements and Trade Processing.
This is a 06 month contract role.
Job Responsibilites:
- Keen sense to identify areas that are causing bottlenecks for a process.
- Understand the Trade processing and settlement functions across multiple markets
- Identify potential areas of Improvement.
- Build VBA automation solutions to enhance team efficiency.
- Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
- Follow up in resolution of trade discrepancies with clients and middle office, providing updates within the team.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of settlement details in payment system, to establish trust and accountability.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1 year experience in Settlements / Trade processing functions from banking industry.
- Previous experience with Settlements / Trade processing functions preferred.
- Ability to identify areas of inefficiency and possess the required skills to improve processes.
- Keen sense to identify areas that are causing bottlenecks for a process.
- Knowlegable in VBA automation.
- Able to grasp system / trade flow for multiple markets.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
