Job Scope
- Conduct interactive and engaging live online lessons
- Prepare lesson plans that follow sound pedagogical practices
- Generate interesting ideas to increase engagement during lessons
- Handle studio equipment to maximise learning experience
- Incorporate special effects into lessons to boost showmanship and viewership
- Develop quality curriculum that works in tandem with our back-end AI system to collect useful insights
- Analyse relevant data to tailor lessons according to students’ needs
- Inspire a love for the subject through passion and enthusiasm
- Other miscellaneous tasks related to the subject specialised
Requirements
- Graduated with good grades in degree programme
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching of the relevant subject
- Lively, enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Excellent lesson delivery skills
- Hungry to learn with a growth mindset, and great learning agility.
- Strong sense of ownership to initiate, lead and drive changes for work that directly or indirectly contributes to departmental/company goals.
- Excellent track record in showing improvement in students' result
Work Schedule (WFO/WFO)
- Rotation between 10 am - 7pm / 12 noon - 9 pm (depending on class schedule)
- 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
