ASSISTANT MANAGER

Global Mind Pte. Ltd.

Duties & Responsibilities/Job Description:


Organizing various programs and events to engage and increase the membership base.

Administration and marketing of academic and training courses.

Management of social media account/website to promote and raise awareness of IPAS.

Managing and interacting with various stakeholders including the IPAS board, regulators, and other professional & industry organizations.

Assisting with the duties of the board secretariat.

Assisting to organize special events such as conferences, annual social events etc.

Assisting with general administrative/IT responsibilities.



Profile/Requirements:


Pro-active, self-motivated, conscientious and a team player who can work with minimum supervision.

Good time management. Able to multi-task and deliver assigned tasks within timelines.

Meticulous and strong attention to details

Articulate and possesses excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills.

Good project management skills. Ability to follow through on implementation of decisions.

Resourceful mindset. Takes initiative to resolve issues in the first instance.

Prior experience in organizing events and managing social media/websites will be considered favourably.

Prior secretariat experience and/or working in a professional/trade organization will be considered favourably.

Able to occasionally work during non-office hours and weekends (as required).
