- Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Preparing sales contracts ensures adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Setting goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Responsible for work assignments across your team within defined SLAs and productivity targets set at the department and company level
- Serve as the first escalation point for all tasks handled by our team
- Identify operational issues and areas for improvement, and make detailed recommendations on how to improve the merchant onboarding experience
