Job summary: Provides support and ensure maintenance for various software/hardware license and maintenance contracts are renewed. Maintain and update the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance teamsite for IM8 compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor various software/hardware license and maintenance contract life cycle.
- Maintain and ensure that the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance team site is up-to-date.
- Liaise with various vendors for budgetary quotation.
- Prepare various procurement documents, e.g. Submit Request for Purchase in IT system, approval paper, tender specification, tender evaluation and tender recommendation for award.
- Process e-invoice payment for the license and contract cost.
- Assist in providing and extracting data for audit purposes.
- Any other related tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education (Degree or Diploma) in relevant field is preferred.
- At least 3 to 6 years of working experience in relevant field and completed at least 3 projects in that role.
- Prior experience in procurement process.
- Knowledge on IT matters.
- Good communication skills and command of written and verbal English.
