The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a TECH MNC
- Office Location: West
- 6/12 months contract renewable
- 10am - 7pm, Monday to Friday
- Up to $2000 (Depending on experience)
The Talent
- GCE O Level, A Level or equivalent qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office software i.e. MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and able to work on own initiative.
The Job
- Validate, scan, organize, sort and file documents electronically to the HR system and manually to hardcopy files.
- Verify and update files movement.
- Sort and organize the hardcopy files in the compactus room and arrange for off-site retrieval, storage and disposal.
