Job Description
• Experience in installation, upgrade, configuration, administration &troubleshoot Virtualization, Microsoft technologies (on-prem & cloud), storage, SAN switch in meeting the IT SLA
• Requires working closely with the business users to deliver quality solutions to assist the business to meet their dynamic business requirements.
• Perform analysis, troubleshoot IT Infrastructure issues and provide sound business solution / alternative base on IT Infrastructure standard capability and functionality.
• Proactively ensure highest level of services availability, maintain acceptable system performance and respond to critical production system alerts including potential cybersecurity exploits on Azure, Microsoft 365 and on-premises Wintel services.
• Provide quality documentation to comply with company policy, IT GC and SOX requirements, architectural design, functional design, test scenarios, issue log, root cause analysis, etc.
• Requires deep hands-on functional configuration knowledge of IT Infrastructure, proven experience with implementing IT projects and with strong analytical skills and strong communication skills.
• Drive IT Infrastructure Project and Enhancement to ensure Time, Budget and Quality are met. To translate Business to IT Infrastructure requirement, Value add, implement, document and support
• Keep the Lights ON for Global Enterprise System (Incidents & Major outage) supporting the Daily Operations and meeting the Operational needs of the company.
• Hands on experience on change, incident and problem management. Liaise with vendors and other functional IT team for problem resolution and root cause analysis.
• Finance Capex and Expense planning and management for system
• Stays current with new and emerging technologies and recommends implementation to improve customer satisfaction, reduce cost and/or provide a competitive advantage
• Maintain compliance for Licenses, SOX and Internal Audit globally
• Analytical / Business / Functional Skills and Sound Business Process Knowledge (e.g. Semiconductor)
• Project Management skill and SCRUM certified

Experience Requirements
• Able to design and implement complex Azure and 365 solutions, including hybrid and multi-domain/tenant environments.
• Responsible for the scoping, assessment, planning, design, testing and technical documentation for the implementation & support of Microsoft 365 and related core technologies including Active Directory, MFA, Exchange, Teams, ADFS, AAD Connect, and EMS.
• Analyze and develop technology improvement and feedback for Microsoft 365 and its core technologies throughout the deployment and operation cycle.
• Maintain on-premises infrastructure and services, including Active Directory and domain services (DFS, SSO, FSMO roles), file and print management, SCCM, WSUS, PKI, VMware, SAN switches, SAN/NAS storage (Nimble/Netapp), Backup & Restoration e.g. TSM/Veeam/Commvault, knowledge on DR drill.
• Experiences in AD multiple forests, Next-Gen Anti-Virus, Email security (SPF, DMARC, Transport rule), Op Manager, Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Well-verse in PowerShell scripting – reporting and tasks/deployment automation
• Good to have: Intune MDM/MAM Policy deployment, Conditional Access knowledge/ experience, Endpoint Management
• Min. 3 years experiences in Azure IaaS and PaaS setup and operations.
• Experience in migrating on-premise system to Azure platforms. Microsoft 365 & Azure IaaS operation, Teams integration with PSTN, One Drive for Business, Azure AD & Modern Authentication. Compliance, SOX, Internal audit, Software license audit
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience
Other Requirements
Working for a Global Multinational Corporation, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
