JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage Training Coordination for the Nursing Department Staff with external training vendors.
- To ensure In-house training records and competency training are filed and readiness for MOH audits.
- To provide Supervision and coordination for the Ward Manager’s roles and responsibilities:-
- Ensure residents’ medical and dietary requirements are met.
- Assists in the residents’ Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
- Build rapport and trust with residents.
- Cultivate a supportive relationship with Next Of Kin (NOK).
- Update NOK on residents’ conditions either face to face or phone call.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with residents and NOK.
- Organised family conference.
- Monitor residents’ needs, progress, and plan of care.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments.
- In charge of Nursing Admin duties.

- Conversant in local dialects will be an advantage (due to work environment with the residents).
