JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Assist Project Manager in supervision and coordination of all MEP services and complete within the program
· Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
· Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
· Understand the main contract and sub-contract requirement
· Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
· Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval
· Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
· Ensure testing and commissioning are done on time
· Ensure good quality of works on site
JOB REQUIREMENT:
· Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services / Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
· Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
· Minimum 3 years experience in Singapore construction projects
· Positive attitude and a team player
· Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
· Familiar with Autocad & Revit
