About Our Client
Our client is an establish conglomerate within the aviation and technology industry. They play a crucial role in the aviation industry, offering comprehensive services to enhance performance and safety in this sector. To support ongoing acquisition, the team is looking for a Treasury Manager to execute strategic management of financial leverage. This is an individual contributor role where the highly qualified headcount will execute fund raising and financing activities for the organisation.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Financing, you will:
- Lead end to end fund raising efforts via different vehicles, seek optimal financing terms and structure
- Develop financial models, prepare investment memo and documentations for existing and potential investment partners
- Highly involved in financial affairs of the organisation, oversee cash flow positions, maximising cash returns
- Track exposure, timely execution if interest rate swaps, hedge against potential risk exposure
- Business partner with business development, legal teams to ensure strong pipelines, compliance to policies
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/Economics with at least 7 years of working experience
- Industry exposure to capital intensive asset classes e.g. shipping, REITs, aviation industry will be highly advantageous
- In-depth knowledge and hands on experience to execute structured finance, debt financing and fund raising via capital and equity markets
- Highly analytical with financial modelling skills, technically sound to present financial data
- Kept abreast of interest rates and foreign exchange movements
- Strong business partnering and communication skills, able to work autonomously
