Responsibilities
The Service Operations Engineer will provide technical support for software applications and be responsible for daily service monitoring and IT server maintenance works.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have the following:
1. A recognised Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of work experience in software development and maintenance support.
3. Proficient with IT fundamental knowledge like servers, networks, application architecture and database
4. Hands-on experience handling medium/large scale IT systems with multitier architecture
5. ITIL v3/v4 certification is preferred
6. Ability to solve and troubleshoot IT problems, with a service oriented mindset is a plus.
7. Proven working experience with consultancy, SI or vendor companies is preferred.
