- Lead the installation and maintenance of Data Center operations, including deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining UCS servers.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of VMware environments, Windows Server 2021 and Linux RHEL 9.0
- Manage common network services such as SNMP, Syslog, DNS, NTP, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Ensure the seamless integration of network services to support overall system functionality.
- Utilize tools like Wireshark to analyze network performance and provide detailed root cause analysis.
- Offer recommendations, guidance, and expertise to maintain the highest level of system performance.
- Perform complex troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.
- Conduct backup, archiving, and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement efficient and standardized processes.
- Extensive experience in Data Center and virtualization technologies (UCS, VMware ESXi, vSphere, vSAN, vCenter, Windows Server, Linux Server).
- Proficient in managing common network services (SNMP, Syslog, DNS, NTP, DHCP, AD).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform network performance analysis using tools like Wireshark.
- Hands-on experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining UCS Servers.
- Expertise in deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining VMWare and Windows Server 2016, 2018 and 2021.
- Proven ability to perform complex troubleshooting, backup, archiving, and recovery procedures.
