- Assist in Service Management and Quality Management activities on BU and Department level.
- Coordinating within different departments under the BU to ensure various process tasks are handled on time.
- Scheduling, conducting, and participating in monthly QM and SM meetings and taking meeting minutes.
- Follow-up with the respective service teams to update the required information in the OPL within the due date.
- Generate the relevant reports on BU and department level.
- Generate additional reports if requested by PSO.
