We are a team of recruiters dispersed across the region working in close collaboration with our business and community every day.
What a Sourcing Recruiter does at Visa:
- Creative research & sourcing of diverse talent from industries that would complement and help drive Visa’s ambitious growth targets.
- Collaborates closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders to source and attract the very best candidates to Visa.
- Provide talent and market insights to the Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders that helps to inform and influence talent strategy.
- Develops sourcing strategies and builds pipelines of candidates for niche and hard to fill roles as well as repeatable skill sets.
- Uses innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract a diverse range of candidates from across the world.
- Provides the very best experience to candidates on their journey through interview process.
- Actively promotes Visa’s employee value proposition.
- Constantly look for ways to innovate and improve the way we hire at Visa.
