roject Management Scope
- Coordinate and work with consultants from inception of the project until the finalisation of the designed plan, and provide a design brief to clients in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations
- Provide support on technical issues to Client
- Coordinate and manage the site closely with consultants and site teams to ensure project plans are implemented and executed according to stipulated timeline, budget and ensure quality are in accordance with the contract specifications and/ or manufacturer requirements.
- Perform routine site inspections, site meetings, provide regular progress reports and justification of claims by contractor and suppliers.
- Ensure safety measures are implemented and applied on site, and risk assessment are being review regularly.
- Prepared schedule for handing/ taking over upon works / project completion.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractor to compile documents for BCA CSC application and follow up with RI and BCA site verification inspection.
- Schedule and monitor all defects rectification works to be completed by the contractor during defects liability period.
Contract Management Scope
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders received and recommendation to Clients for award of contracts
- Assess contractors’ claim and prepare payment certificate for client’s approval.
- Verify variation order, estimate cost for variation works.
- Assist in preparation of final statement of account.
