Responsibilities
- Extracting the digitised records from external hard disk drives
- Sampling of digitised records against the physical materials returned by digitisation vendor
- Uploading of digitised records to Intelligent Workspace (IW) as it is the repository for all official and finalised records in AGC
Requirements
- Min 1 - 2 year experience in admin
- Prior experience in handling digitalisation of records will be preferred.
- Tech savvy
- Familiar with the usage of Microsoft application such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
