Social media and digital marketing duties
- Manage social media marketing and content strategy.
- Plan for social media ad buys, which include follow-up such as monitoring, optimizing and reporting.
- Develop and recommend marketing activities to increase online sales.
- Create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Assist in Google Adwords and user engagement and suggest content optimization efforts.
- Work closely with sales, operations and marketing teams across the organisation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties within marketing such as support for events.
Web content management duties:
- Maintains content for the company’s e-Commerce website, with responsibilities for technological aspects as well as site content.
- Ongoing web strategy and overseeing website operation, with particular attention to content and site maintenance.
- Updates website content, including information, images, calendar content, schedules, graphics, etc., according to the changing needs of the promotions
- Stay knowledgeable about the site's subject area.
