- Responsible for technical activities for customer’s IT infrastructure which will include deployment, configuring and maintenance.
- Propose WiFi and ICT networking designs and solutions.
- Conducting discussions with customers to identify their requirements and designing solutions that best meets their needs. Solutions would include hosting and managed services.
- Performing technical presentations of proposed solutions including managed hosting services, highlighting the technical and operational benefits to customers.
- Designing solutions and assist in preparing responses to Tenders/RFPs/Proposals and providing effective responses to technical clarifications.
- Coordinating with implementation / operations teams on solutions design and its ability to be effectively supported, including Proof of Concept (POC), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Providing technical support to Sales team to enable meeting total sales target.
