We’re looking for a HR Executive who is experienced in HR administration to be responsible for the day-to-day HR function within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Supports the compensation & benefits management.
- Manages the general and employee benefits for Singapore as well as Asia local subsidiaries.
- Play a key role in employees administrative support from organisation onboarding, employees relations management throughout the employment, up to organisation exit process in both documentation and communication matters.
- Responsible for HR document and data management and maintenance online & offline in a professional and timely manner for entire Asia local subsidiaries.
- Supports and serves as the system administrator of various HR programs relating to the management of compensation & benefits, personnel data, leave & holidays, recruitment process, etc.
- In-charge of HR reports in the areas of headcount updates, bonus scheme and performance management status monitoring, etc.
- A key team member in managing the high quality employee communications and employee relations building for Singapore and Asia local subsidiaries.
- And other ad-hoc office administrative assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration / Recruitment / Compensation & Benefits or HR Generalist roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with regional stakeholders
- Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin)
- Required to speak and write in Mandarin, as you will need to support Mandarin-speaking colleagues from Asian counterparts.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities during peak period
