Job Description:
• Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of all areas according to set standards.
• Washing of cutlery and dining ware with professional dishwashing machinery
• Disposal of rubbish
• Daily housekeeping of dining area ( sweeping /mopping)
• Ad-hoc cleaning duties as instructed by Head Chef / Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
-12hrs work ; 5 days work week
- Experience as dishwasher a must
- Comfortable to work islandwide
- Positive mindset in taking instructions from Superior and Management
- Proactive in ensuring the operations running smoothly
