- Build and maintain strong relationship with business stakeholders on projects. This role will gather an understanding of customer’s business objective and strategic objectives and propose solution.
- Partner with cross-functional team to provide strategic project management leading to the alignment of project goals between the business stakeholders and delivery team.
- Work closely with the teams to continually improve the end user experience and customer satisfaction
- Become a subject matter expert to develop cross team services solution proposal, which may include components of functional and technical scope and architecture, system integration, user experiences, training and gain consensus on an acceptable proposal across the internal team.
- Project management and manage quality of deliverables and formulate quality improvement plan to address gap identified.
- Champion high levels of IT service and support in projects by developing a strong understanding of how operation may impact service areas, and planning measures to minimize such impact
- Manage the service quality of IT service and performance and suggest improvement wherever required.
- Manage vendor performance through service level management and business engagement
- To lead/ support the evaluation of the potential operational impact resulting from any regulatory changes or legislations which affects business compliance arrangements, procedures, processes and awareness
- Review existing policies and controls, and suggest improvements to enhance internal frameworks and processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- PMP certified
- Min 8 years of experience in project management with 3 years directly in program management in large scale organization
- Experience in report writing and administration works
- Experience in contract and vendor management
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Analytical and strong resource management
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels in the organization
