- Handle administrative task

- Coordination with Customers and making sure that the requirements has been submitted
- In charge on Spare Parts ordering and liaising with customers
- Collating of information and key into the system
- Simple filing and sorting out documents
- Assist in report compilation
- Gathering of information
- To perform documentation works (from receiving, distribution, filing to archiving and disposing of documents)
- Maintains good and traceable documentations
- Undertaking duties/assignments as and when appropriately assigned by the HOD
