Role
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Address customers’ inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
- Assist in providing logistic support for events and activities
- Offer additional administrative or marketing assistance as needed
Responsibilities
- Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to adjust to a rapid-paced work setting
- Previous experience in healthcare industry is preferred
- Familiar in design (Adobe, photoshop &/or illustrator) will be an advantage
