Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Administer customers emails, reply promptly and professionally regards to deliveries schedule.
· Handle customer complaints and provide necessary resolution to satisfy customer requirements.
· Attend to customers calls, new inquiries and channels to correct salesperson.
· Arrange customers outbound shipment documents and liaise with the transporter and courier & parcel.
· Administer paper documents and communicates with inter company for inbound & outbound transportation.
Requirements:
· Min 1 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer.
· Proficient in basic MS Office-Able to handle filing/billing/order processing
· Possesses problem solving ability & a customer centric mindset
· Able to commit Temporary full time employment of 6 months
· Essential asset to be able to understand and speak Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts
· Must be able to read / write English
· 5.5 day per week-Alternate Saturdays off
