Instructions and guidelines
• Ensures compliance to standard company’s internal directives and procedure, relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
Project execution and control
• Conducts analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
• Prepares required presentation deck and assists in project reviews. Updates project (cost) adjustments approved by the Project Manager and Controller in SAP or other Project Controls systems.
• Monitors, controls, and timely submission of invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager and follow up further with customer if required
• Follows Project managers instruction to process supplier/contractors Invoices and ensure timely payments.
•Work closely with Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager/Project director.
Stakeholder relations
• Effectively communicates appropriate information to project stakeholders (mostly internal).
Health, safety, and environment (HSE)
• Demonstrates an understanding of HSE terms, concept application, reporting and risks related to the project.
• When appropriate and under direction of a PM/SPM/PD, takes necessary actions to mitigate project HSE risks.
Planning and scheduling
• Defines and applies basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and drives the updating process.
• Takes ownership for the maintenance and adherence of the customer & vendor billing milestones.
• Effectively coordinates related project members in planning and control requirements.
Document Management
• Controls documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned
by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and procedures
agreed with the customer.
• Effectively interacts and oversees documentation requirements and
organization in collaboration with a dedicated document manager. -

Successful execution and delivery of assigned work on-time, within budget, as per Contract Agreement, adhering to the quality & safety framework of the company.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a project specialist
- Knowledge and experience in SAP is mandatory
- Skills in all office 365 apps like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint & PDC required.
- Knowledge on MS projects, PR+ and IPM would be advantage.
- Team player with enthusiastic character and drive to achieve optimal results.
