Responsibilities:
· Develop & manage a high performing sales & FAE team for Renesas in South East Asia for the automotive segment
· Account coverage for key OEMs, Tier 1 & multinational accounts in the region
· Exceed KPIs including sales out, revenue & design ins for all products in including SOCs, MCUs, Analog, Power & Connectivity products.
· Build strong direct relationships with R&D & procurement teams at key OEMs, local Tier 1 and multinational accounts
· New business development in emerging countries in South East Asia
· Provide accurate & punctual forecasting on a monthly basis
· Manage and administer sales enquiries promptly and professionally
· Conduct product presentations and propose solutions to customers’ requirements
· Coordinate all sales opportunities with FAEs and Business Units
Requirements:
· Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Marketing, or other relevant disciplines
· Minimum 5-8 years of related experience in Sales Industry with relevant technical background in automotive segment
· Strong leadership, people management, planning and prioritization skills
· Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
· Excellent team player, interpersonal, strong communication and influencing skills
