JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Assist with underwriting applications for various life, accident and health insurance proposals;
- Evaluate risk assessment, reinstatement, addition of riders, non-disclosure and review of substandard terms on a case-by-case basis;
- Provide underwriting advice & support for financial consultants through e-booking, emails and phone calls;
- Work closely to build strong business relationship between internal and external stakeholders;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- Degree with at least 2-5 years’ experience in underwriting Life, Accident and Health risks;
- Non-degree holders with relevant underwriting experience or certification in underwriting may be considered;
- Maintain strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- High level of integrity, accountability and able to work well as a team-player;
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
