Responsibilities
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction.
- Ensure the procedures are up-to-date and practiced.
- Support Strategic Sales team in First Article submission which include creating technical drawing using Solid Edge.
- Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and stored orderly and appropriately. i.e., Drawing, MSDS FAI.
- Work closely with procurement team in ensuring the product meets high quality.
- Assist in customer and supplier audit.
- Provide KPIs and analytical reporting to management in the Quality aspect.
- Assist in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 surveillance audit and recertification.
Requirements
- Diploma in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a quality function
- Experience in Solid Edge or other CAD drawing tools, QMS system (ISO 9001), Environment Management System (ISO 14001) will be added advantage.
