Our client is a one of the leading players in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Demand Planning Associate to be part of their Supply Chain team to support their business needs. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Job Description of Demand Planning Associate:
- Support in order and purchase order processing.
- Follow up on deliveries by communicating with suppliers and respective distribution centers to ensure timely arrival.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly alert relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Store Operations regarding stock availability and delivery updates.
- Address customer inquiries regarding stock-related concerns through Zendesk tickets.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel
- GCE ‘A’ Level/ GCE ‘O’ level/NITEC with 2 years of relevant work experience in product knowledge
