Job Description
To meet its regional expansion plan, an established F&B Group is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position:
Outlet Trainee Manager
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day outlet operations including main job functions ensuring outlet QSC, sales driving, costs managing, performing customer service and cashier duties.
- Provide general management at outlet level including training, supervising and certification of outlet staff.
- Conduct service orientations, on the job training for staff and onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' level & above
- At least 2 years’ experience in F&B retail experience & competent in basic of MS Office
- Ability to converse in both English and Mandarin with Mandarin speaking only staff/ customers to assist their requests and concerns
- Positive attitude & diligent with high energy level to manage in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong initiative leadership qualities to take on additional duties and responsibilities to lead, co-ordinate, manage, improve operations workflow and motivate subordinates
- Good organization, inter-personal and communication skill and patience to guide and use of positive reinforcement skills to correct behaviour
- Customer oriented and pro-active in understanding and meeting customers' needs
