Responsibilities:
- Led and managed Precast façade specialist contractors.
- Review and manage design and technical issues with relevant consultants and specialist contractors to ensure submissions and site works are per contract specifications.
- Review structural details, connection details, and provisions for water tightness, considering with installation method.
- Ensure delivery of samples, shop drawings, document submissions, BIM models, and site works by project schedule.
- Ensure all necessary authority approvals are obtained following the project schedule
- Coordinate all interfacing facade details with architectural, structural, and M&E components.
- Monitor the progress of façade fabrication and installation works and communicate regularly with the Project Manager
- Establish QAQC protocols/procedures to ensure to meet specifications and requirements.
- Conduct periodic technical meetings with consultants and specialist contractors & maintain inspection records and documentation of all completed works.
- Keep track of variations and claims of contract, time, and cost implications and communicate information to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Architectural / Building/ Construction Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Precast Façade works.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Attentive to details.
- Candidates with experience in Revit / Navisworks will have an added advantage
