What You’ll Do
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Seat guests and manage seating chart and monitor outlet activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Ensure all enquiries are answered in a courteous, friendly, informative, and prompt manner
- Take down reservations via phone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins
- Manage flow of reservations, including answering phone calls, messages, and email enquiries, welcoming reservations, calling late guests, onsite problem solving, taking in walk-ins, maintaining house rules with guests, etc.
- Ensure seamless running of the outlet in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the highest service standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 year of restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere.
